Duty of Candour Report
All health and social care services in Scotland have a duty of candour. This is a legal requirement which means that when things go wrong and mistakes happen, the people affected understand what has happened, receive an apology, and that organisations learn how to improve for the future.
An important part of this duty is that we provide an annual report about the duty of candour in our services.

A big congratulations for learning to ride your bike! You were very proud to tell us all about it when you came into nursery.
We hope that your child is happy at Cross Arthurlie Nursery Class and that any concerns can be raised with staff in the nursery. If however you feel that your concern has not been addressed to your satisfaction please feel free to contact the Head Teacher.
Complaints that are not able to be resolved at this level are then progressed through East Renfrewshire Council Complaints policy.
