A Caring Community of Learners
Welcome to our school website. At the heart of our school is our vision of being “A Caring Community of Learners.” At Cross Arthurlie, we want every child to feel valued, nurtured and included, while developing the confidence, skills and independence they need to flourish.
Our values of Kindness, Respect and Confidence underpin everything that we do here in school and nursery. We encourage our children to become lifelong learners who can lead their own learning, recognise and manage their emotions, and understand the skills they are developing now and for the future.
We believe children thrive when they feel a strong sense of belonging and are given opportunities to participate, lead, collaborate and celebrate their achievements. We work closely with families and our wider community to create an environment where everyone supports one another, demonstrates positive behaviour and knows that there is always someone to turn to if they need help.
As a school community, we are committed to making the journey of learning a priority, helping our children to live life now with kindness, respect and confidence, while preparing them for the opportunities and challenges they may come across in their future lives.
