Rights Respecting School

In Busby Primary School we have now achieved our Level 2 Award from UNICEF. It is important to continue learning about our rights and teaching others about them to ensure the best quality of life for all. Why not have a look at the UNICEF launchpad to extend your understanding of your Rights.

  1. On Monday we had an assembly with Mrs Oswald. She talked to us about inclusion, which is our focus from our SHANARRI wheel for the month of March. We have all been given a homework task to discuss learning difficulties such as autism and dyslexia and talk about the ways we can support and include each other. We are all different and that’s what makes us special!

Why don’t you watch the video My Autism and Me to learn more.

  2. Our focus for the month of May is Respected. How do you show respect to others? and how do you know others respect you?
