Our service is regularly reviewed by the Care Inspectorate.   During an inspection, which is unannounced, the officer will talk to staff, children and parents, observe practice and also examine the written policies and procedures that we have in place.  Parents and carers will also have the opportunity to complete a questionnaire about the quality of the service we provide some time before the inspection takes place.  During the inspection, the officer examines our practice in four areas.

How good is our setting
How good is our leadership
How good is our staff team
