All of the practitioners at Broom Nursery hold child care qualifications and undergo regular training to provide the best possible experiences for children.

Practitioners are registered with the Scottish Social Services Council. This involves relevant checks to ensure practitioners are fit to practice and also complete a training programme to meet the criteria for re-registration with this regulatory body every five years.
