Wee Box Appeal
Luke presents Mark Booker of SCIAF with a cheque for the School’s Wee Box Appeal which will be doubled by the Government.
The annual SCIAF sponsored fast organised by the St Ninian’s SCIAF group took place last Wednesday 25th April. Many thanks to all the parents, staff, and pupils who took supported, sponsored, or took part in this event which saw pupils giving up food or mobile phones for 24 hours. Some brave pupils even took part in a 24 hour sponsored silence! The event has so far raised £319.07 which will be doubled as part of the UK Government’s pledge Lenten pledge. This was in addition to the £52 raised by the group through the lunchtime quiz. Well done to everyone involved!
