The Allan Glen Tribute Lecture
On Monday 26 November 2012 Professor Henry Dargie a Consultant Cardiologist will give a lecture titled “Pumping Iron: Engineering for the Heart” to secondary school pupils who are undecided about which direction their future career paths should follow.
The purpose of the lecture is twofold. Firstly to introduce pupils to engineering and secondly to make them aware that financial assistance may be available to them while attending University from the Allan Glen’s Edowment Scholarship Trust.
