Staffing Matters

The following staff members are retiring from St Ninian’s High School at the end of term: Dorothy Graham (DHT), Tom McBrearty (Chemistry), Stephen Gryzcka (Physical Education), Gerry Coughlin (Modern Studies/History), Patricia McBrearty (English), Monica Beggan (Biology), Tony Deeney (Physics) and Cathy Kerr (English). All of these members of staff have given outstanding commitment to the pupils, parents and staff of St Ninian’s High School. We wish them a long and happy retirement.

Congratulations to Jonathan Cumming who has been appointed Depute Headteacher and Josef Fuchs who has been appointed Principal Teacher of Physical Education, Health and Wellbeing. Both will take up their posts in August.

Congratulations also to Joanna Thallon (Modern Languages), Alistair Kerr (Biology) and Carrie Fleming (Physical Education) who have been appointed Principal Teacher posts in Rosshall Academy, Hutchesons’ Grammar and Holyrood Secondary respectively. We wish them every success in their new posts.
