S4 Wider Achievement – Personal Development
Three of our young people in S4 raised £157.00, whilst completing Personal Development units at National 4 and 5 level.
The young people completed a unit on:
- Self in the Community – Marketing and Advertising of Christmas Hampers
- Practical abilities – Making Christmas Hampers.
Over 30 hampers were made up after orders were taken from staff and the profit of £157.00 with profits going to Brothers in Arms Charity. This is a charity dedicated to preventing male suicide in East Dunbartonshire, the single biggest killer of men under the age of 45 in Scotland.
