Health and Wellbeing – 5 Ways to Wellbeing

Today at year group assemblies Mr Capuano and Mr Low introduced pupils to the ‘5 Ways to Wellbeing’. Scientific studies have shown that if we do the following five things, happiness will increase.

Be Active

Take Notice

Keep Learning

Give

Throughout this year pupils will be given information at year group assemblies and during PSHE to ensure they are actively trying to improve their wellbeing through these 5 simple steps.

This PowerPoint will continue to be delivered to year group assemblies throughout this week and next.
