FLU VACCINE
The Flu vaccine will be offered as a nasal spray to all pupils in St Ninian’s High School next week on Monday 15th and Tuesday 16th November 2021.
S1, S2, S3 pupils will receive their Flu Vaccine on Monday 15th November
S4, S5, S6 pupils will receive their Flu Vaccine on Tuesday 16th November
Pupils will receive their Flu Vaccine by nasal spray from an NHS nurse.
Please ensure that you have returned your child’s consent form to the school office by Friday 12th November which should be sealed in a brown envelope (if you have not already done this).
If you have lost your child’s consent pack please write a note of consent on a piece of paper with your child’s name and class and date of birth clearly written. Your child should bring this consent note with them on the day of the Vaccine.
Please indicate if your child has a SEVERE egg allergy.
