Chinese New Year
After school, On 11th Feb The Chinese New Year celebration event started with Mr Michael Duan, one of Mrs Zhou’s friends who was helping out with the 2022 Olympics. He gave us a wonderful live presentation on the different sports involved and his hometown Zhangjiakou! Next, we had our wonderful choir singing Auld Lang Sine in mandarin, then tongue twisters from our S3s, A word wizard competition from our S2s and the Little Apple Dance from the S1 Mandarin club dancers. To end we all came together and ate lots of Chinese food. It was an amazing event!
