Berlin 2018 Information Evening
The Berlin 2018 Information Evening will be held on Thursday 10th of May at 7pm in the Lecture Theatre.
All travel arrangements, the trip itinerary and information regarding our destination will be clarified and you will have an opportunity to raise any questions that you or your son / daughter may have. If you are unable to attend please let Ms Kelly know at your earliest convenience, arrangements will be made to get the finalised trip details to you.
In preparation for departure in June you will be asked to complete a number of forms during the information evening. Please ensure you have the following documents with you on the night.
- Passport
- European Health Insurance Card (EHIC)
- Family doctor’s contact information
- Emergency contact details
Should you not have a European Health Insurance Card you can apply online at

Please be aware that this is a free service as other websites may charge you for this application. Cards should take between 7 and 10 working days to arrive.
Passports and health cards will be kept in preparation for our departure.
