Race Night – Friday 3 October 2014
We are holding a Race Night on Friday 3 October to raise funds for extra-curricular activities and will benefit all pupils in Saint Ninian’s.
This promises to be a great night!
Tickets are £5 per person (adults only) and will be ‘bring your own bottle’ (BYOB). You can buy a horse at a cost of £5. This will allow you to name the horse and jockey (see Booking Form below).
We are also looking for sponsorship for each race. Your logo will be in the brochure plus you name the race at a cost of £50 plus a ‘bottle’. You can also advertise in the brochure at a cost of £25. This will be published on the school website and Twitter. We are also looking for raffle donations and auction prizes. These can be handed in to the school office.
ALL MONIES FOR TICKETS, HORSES, AND SPONSORSHIP MUST BE RETURNED IN A CLEARLY MARKED ENVELOPE and returned to the school office by Friday 19 September.
