NASA Astronaut Lands on St Ninian’s!
On Friday 6 June we were honoured to have Col Jim Dutton, Astronaut and Pilot on the Space Shuttle Discovery, speak to S2 and S3 pupils about Science and Faith.
Col Dutton gave a fascinating insight into his being an astronaut and his work on the International Space Station. He also talked about his commitment to his Christian faith which he believed was integral to his success.
He then answered questions from pupils and through his answers talked about the importance of family, working hard and dealing with peer pressure.
