Respect For All
Today is Holocaust Memorial Day and this year’s theme is Be the light in the darkness. We are encouraged to reflect and learn from the past. Holocaust Memorial Day enables us to remember – for a purpose. It gives us a responsibility to work for a safer, better, future for everyone. Everyone can step up and use their talents to tackle prejudice, discrimination and intolerance wherever we encounter them. We must learn from the past and use this knowledge to make sure history never repeats itself in any form whether it be anti-semitism, racism, prejudice or any hate crime.
This supports a key message that we promote throughout the year in St Ninian’s. We all have responsibility to promote and live the message of Respect for All.
