A minute’s silence at 11:00 am on International Workers’ Memorial Day
At 11:00 am today there will be a minutes silence for the International Workers’ Memorial Day (28 April 2020), This year we have been asked to especially remember those individual who have sadly lost their lives to COVID-19.
As you will be only too aware, the fight against this pandemic affects workers across the globe. Sadly, a number our health and social care colleagues in Scotland have already succumbed to the virus. Our thoughts remain with the families and loved ones of each of those who have died.
