Homerton College Easter Residential
Congratulations to Andrew Ward 4a3 who has successfully secured a place at the Easter Residential at the University of Cambridge. Andrew will attend Homerton College where he will attend lectures, interactive sessions and take part in discussions with selected panels. Furthermore, Andrew will take part in sessions on applying to Cambridge (and other competitive universities), finances and student life. He will also have time to visit Cambridge City Centre and its museums.
Andrew has applied to the sciences but will have the opportunity to move between different elective groups for individual sessions for a larger interdisciplinary session. This opportunity will allow Andrew the opportunity to stretch his understanding of subjects he is studying and which Highers subjects to take further and those which can only be studied in the very different world of university courses.
Andrew has yet to decide on his future career path but is looking forward to this opportunity. Well done!!!!
