Public Speaking and Debate Society
Jackson Carlaw, MSP for Eastwood, visited members of the Public Speaking and Debate Society after school on Friday to share with the group his public speaking advice and experiences in the world of politics. The students were given excellent tips on how to develop their own public speaking skills, and then had the opportunity to ask Mr Carlaw questions about his role. All were incredibly grateful for the session and are even more enthused about the opportunities that lie ahead.
