Cycling Safety Matters
Safety when cycling to school is of paramount importance. Pupils should be aware of their surroundings at all times and make sure they are cycling responsibly. This includes wearing a helmet, not listening to music in order to hear what is going on around them and cycling in a controlled manner.
The roads around the school are extremely busy in the morning and there are a lot of cars coming in and out of the car park. Pupils need to be vigilant around traffic and careful of pedestrians on their way to and from school.
