SILICON VALLEY TRIP
Pupils travelling to Silicon Valley, who have not already done so, should return their consent forms immediately on return for the new term.
Parents may also want to check/obtain travel documents now to avoid any issues in August. All pupils travelling on a GB passport must have an e-passport (chipped passport) valid for the duration of the trip. These are easily identified by a logo showing a circle within a rectangle on the front cover. They must also have a visa waiver (ESTA) which can be obtained online from https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/esta/ .
Any pupils travelling on a non-GB passport should make enquiries with the FCO or DHS to ensure they have all necessary documentation to enter the US.
