Flu catch up Immunisation
Dear Parent/ Carer,
The NHS School Immunisation team will offer a catch up Flu Immunisation next Tuesday 17th January in school for pupils who were absent on the 10th or 11th of October 2022 when the Flu Immunisation was administered. NHS nurses will refer to previous consent forms and your son/ daughter will be called for a Flu Immunisation if they missed the Flu Immunisation in October .
