SNHS Flu Immunisation Consent
Dear Parent/ Carer,
Please ensure that your child has returned the Flu Immunisation consent form in the brown envelope .This greatly supports NHS staff in administering the Flu Immunisations. Your child has been issued with an NHS Information pack which contains the consent form and brown envelope. Envelopes should be handed in to the School Office.
The Flu Immunisation will be administered by NHS staff in school on the 10th and 11th October 2022. For further information about the child flu vaccine please visit: www.nhsinform.scot/childflu
