Volunteering Opportunities
Date: Saturday the 24th of November, 11 – 3pm
Where: At our main office and The Market Place, 56 Kelburn Street, Barrhead, G78 1LR, between Tesco and Lidl and just a short walk from Barrhead train station.
Role: Christmas Helper
Christmas is coming early to the The Market Place Barrhead! Help spread some festive cheer this November and become a Christmas Helper at the Christmas Market!
Roles include,
- Café Assistants
- Promoters on the day
- Volunteer retail assistant Selling of VA Items, e.g. soap
Volunteering is open to all ages 12+. If any young person is interested in this role must contact Roisin.McCusker@va-er.org.uk by Monday the 5thof November.
Volunteers will be eligible for either a Saltire Challenge award or count towards their volunteering hours.
