Holy Mass
Holy Mass is celebrated each morning in the Oratory during Advent in preparation for the Nativity of the Lord.
Can you offer time each morning from 8.25-8.45am during Advent to join with Our Lord at Holy Mass?
The greatest gift you can give to anyone is the giving of yourself. Jesus gives this truth a new level of meaning in the institution of the Eucharist during the Last Supper. He offers himself completely for all people for all time. God is not bound by time and space, and our celebration of Holy Mass brings the sacrifice of Jesus to the present time. When we receive the Body and Blood of Christ in the Eucharist, we are united in an intimate way with Jesus, with one another, and with all believers.
During Advent why not consider the following:
- How often do I consider Jesus’ great love for me?
- What difference does it make in my life to be able to receive Jesus in the Eucharist?
