Youth Speaks Competition
Nine members of the Public Speaking and Debate Society participated in The Rotary ‘Youth Speaks’ Competition last night at Mearns Castle High School. It is a four stage competition which is designed to support and encourage the development of effective communication skills.
We are delighted that one of our senior teams – Michael McGrade, Ines Bertaso and Mirabel Lawson – was declared overall winner and will proceed to the District Competitions early next year.
