Queen’s Relay Baton Holders
The following pupils will be carrying the Queen’s Baton in the lead up to the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games. Everyone who can is encouraged to go along and support and cheer them on!
Frankie O’Donnell (3a4) will be carrying the baton on Wednesday 16 July at 9:40am along Barrhead Road. He starts in Newton Mearns at lamp post R22 and passes it on at the bus stop.
Marianne McPhee (6a8) will also be carrying the baton on Wednesday 16 July. She starts from Council Buildings (Eastwood Park) at about 3:53pm and will run 200m to the bus stop outside number 40 on Rouken Glen Road.
Lauren Matthews (6a3) will be carrying the baton at 5:25pm on Tuesday 22 July in Shawlands.
