Irish Heritage Foundation

Are you aged between 16-24 years of age? Are you of Irish Heritage?  Or if you want to become more involved in our work or learn more about work?  If the answer to any of these questions is yes then we want to hear from you!

The Irish Heritage Foundation Scotland is establishing a project working with 16-24 year olds and wants to hear from you.  We will be looking at issues affecting young members of the Irish Community encounter living in Scotland today. We will cover a wide variety of issues from education, employment and any other issues you wish to explore.  With the publication of the Scottish Government’s White Paper on Independence we want to find out what you think of Independence and what will the impact be on the lives of young people.

The first meeting of the IHF Young Persons’ Group will be on Wednesday 5th February at 6:30-8:30pm in Room 8 Govanhill Neighbourhood Centre, Daisy Street , Glasgow G42 9JL.

If you are interested in joining this group please contact Isabelle Gray, Development Manager, on 0141 424 0465/07784083544 or isabelle.ihfs@hotmail.co.uk
