West Regional 5-a-side Champions
Congratulations to the following pupils who took part and won the Bank of Scotland Midnight League West Regional 5-a-side Championships at Broadwood Stadium. Former Celtic and Scotland star John Collins said their passing was like the Spanish National team!!
Martin Cassells (1a7), Jamie Fitzpatrick (1a7), Connor Gillan (1a7), Lewis Smith (1a6), Matthew Reilly (1a10) and Roan Fitzpatrick (1a8)
The next day Lewis Smith and Martin Cassells played for their respective Pro-Youth sides (Hamilton Academicals and Queen’s Park) in an eight-team tournament hosted by Oban Saints. Hamilton Accies won that after beating Queen’s Park in the final.
