S1 Information Evening
Our annual S1 Information Evening takes place on Thursday 4 October at 7.15 p.m. The evening is an opportunity for you to find out about the work that your child has undertaken since the beginning of the session in August and look at the work that will be covered in the remainder of the session.
Please note that this not a Parents’ Evening of the type you would discuss your own child’s progress with teaching staff.
The evening will begin with an introduction in the Forum. After this you will be given the opportunity to visit subject departments around the school where you will be able to see examples of pupil work and look at the materials used in the various courses. You will also be able to meet teachers and your child’s Pastoral Support Teacher will be available on the evening to meet parents.
Pupils are encouraged to accompany you around the school. All pupils who attend are expected to wear full school uniform.
