S2 Hospitality

The S2 Hospitality course looks at various topics including;

  • Sustainable foods,
  • Healthy eating,
  • Food labeling
  • Nutrients
  • Needs of the individual
  • Foods and culture

Pupils will develop their practical skills throughout the course through making a variety of dishes. Pupils will also have the opportunity to work through design briefs to demonstrate their knowledge and practical skills.
