The S2 Pupil Council at Woodfarm school have been working with some of our pupils to create Christmas cards.
Congratulations to S6 pupil Andrew Whitehill who won the design a Christmas Card completion for Woodfarm school.
His card will be the official Christmas card for this year.
The judging took place by the Head Teacher and Andrew’s design was selected to be the winner.
Well done Andrew
We have added a new link to our website.
AAC @ IMS will hopefully share knowledge and expertise to all staff, parents/carers and children, to support our young people who use Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC).
This is a work in progress and all suggestions will be
gratefully received.
Thank you

Thank you to everyone who came and supported our Christmas Fair last night.
Senior pupils had a great day at the NHS #Engage event yesterday.
They had a tour of the exhibition area and managed to see singer Nicholas McDonald. They were delighted to get their photograph taken with him and even persuaded him to sign their programme.
It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas…………..
The Mod is beginning to look very festive as the stalls are starting to be set up.
Come join us tonight from 6.00 – 8.00pm for a festive evening of carol singing, bouncy castle, tombola, craft stalls and much more.
All proceeds to Isobel Mair School and Family Centre and the Parent Council.
Many thanks for your continued support.
It is with great sadness that I am writing to tell you that
we unexpectedly lost a member of staff yesterday.
Karen McLaughlin had been with us at Isobel Mair School since 2004 as a PSA and Instructor. She was devoted to the school and the children and continued to work on despite some major health issues.
Karen had scheduled surgery last week and sadly passed away
after complications.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the McLaughlin family.

The girls from class Jura helped to decorate the Christmas tree, in preparation for the Christmas Fair next week.
Leia was desperate to put the star on the top, and they all thought it was funny when the tree almost toppled over………
Good luck to some of our senior pupils taking part in the Cross Country event today at Bellahouston park.
