Yesterday, we were represented by 8 pupils in the Active Schools Cluster Badminton Championships held at Carolside Primary. All team members played extremely well, and after all of the amazing rallies and games, we finished a very respectable second.
Well done to all the participants, who represented the school fantastically and demonstrated great sportsmanship, whether in victory or defeat.

Well done to the badminton team. They came 2nd at last night’s cluster tournament.

The Busby Football Team were outstanding on Wednesday evening, winning every game against Carolside, St. Joseph’s and Netherlee, without even conceding a goal! Well done, boys! We are now second in the league.
National senior players Ali Howie and Maisie Morris visited the School this morning to chat to the children about everything hockey in the lead up to Glasgow 2014. As it was National Commonwealth Day, the children were supporting Sport Your Trainer’s Day scheme and have been doing lots of activities ahead of Glasgow 2014.
