 The friendly atmosphere of Busby Primary School is the first thing that you notice when you visit. I am delighted to be here at Busby and I am very excited about working with you all. The school has a positive ethos, which reflects the happiness of the pupils and staff and their respect for each other. This is the heart of everything we do. 

Busby Primary School is a dynamic school that promotes a vision to empower and equip our young people to make their mark in the world. We aim to be forward thinking, innovative, and to develop the academic ability of children from many different backgrounds and cultures. They develop their potential by equipping them with the skills, confidence and knowledge to succeed in our ever-changing world.

At Busby Primary School we encourage pupils in social, personal, moral and spiritual development. We foster a sense of community through a friendly and caring environment, a strong pastoral system and a diverse range of extra-curricular activities and opportunities. Pupils are encouraged to develop independence, self-discipline and consideration of others.

When children join us at Busby they are welcomed into a vibrant happy community of learners. Very quickly, they become immersed and proactive in the array of activities that we provide. This creates a special buzz that has become a key feature of Busby Primary School.
