S4-S6 College Applications

All summer leavers should be researching their college choices over the Christmas holiday.

We will be offering the following application support sessions:

S4 Pupils

Wednesday 6th January (periods 3&4) – College Application Masterclass

S5 Pupils

Tuesday 5th January (periods 6&7) – College Application Masterclass

S6 Pupils

All S6 pupils applying for college should have the first draft of their personal study ready to hand in on Tuesday 5th January.

Nuffield Research Placements

Applications are now open for S5 students to undertake a Nuffield Research Placements.  Nuffield Research Placements are engaging, real-life research projects, where students have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution towards the work of a host organisation.
They are a fantastic opportunity for students to apply skills and knowledge learned at school and work alongside researchers and industry professionals.
The project takes place next summer (for 4-6 weeks) and students undertake a STEM project supported by an organisation working in the same field.
