Applications are now open for S5 students to undertake a Nuffield Research Placements. Nuffield Research Placements are engaging, real-life research projects, where students have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution towards the work of a host organisation.
They are a fantastic opportunity for students to apply skills and knowledge learned at school and work alongside researchers and industry professionals.
The project takes place next summer (for 4-6 weeks) and students undertake a STEM project supported by an organisation working in the same field.
Before applying, students should speak to Mr Boag to clarify all deadlines and to ensure he has all the relevant details to write your reference.
Further details can be found on the
STEM Learning website , including eligibility, timelines and the application process.
