What a fun week of home learning!! As well as our daily Numeracy, Literacy and Health and Wellbeing tasks, we had lots of fantastic challenges too.
On Tuesday, we created some Origami in a creative challenge. Here Chloe is showing her hopping frog.
We also joined together to pay our respects to the frontline workers who have died in the fight against coronavirus, by participating in a minute’s silence at 11am. This was organised by Unison, the Royal College of Midwives and the Royal College of Nursing.
On Thursday, we held our own ‘Throwback Thursday’ challenge. Throughout the day, I posted baby pictures of children in our class and Mearns Primary School staff. This challenge was definitely a hit!
We are now ready for week 5 of home learning, which starts with STAR WARS DAY … MAY THE 4TH BE WITH YOU!
