Course Outline
Over the course of the year, S3 pupils will study a range of Physical, Human and Global Issues topics such as Weather, Environmental Hazards and Urban areas. These involve a number of case studies where we get to explore different areas of the world! These topics are pitched at Level 4 of CfE with some National 5 work built in to show pupils progression routes and standards of the course.
Pupils will develop a range of skills for life, learning and work. Pupils can review their progress and record evidence of skills development in their PLP booklet. To help develop these skills pupils will participate in Micro Tyco which lasts the month of February. Without giving too much away this combines Geography and Enterprise and is all pupil lead.
