Last Week of Term 1

It’s been such a busy first term in P5/6.
This week we took part in The Harvest Hush-in, can you believe that we were able to stay quiet for the whole time?!

P6 were also at their CAMPS workshop and were learning a new dance this week. We also created some fabulous art work for the local chemist.

We hope everyone has a lovely week off and look forward to seeing everyone back on Tuesday 20th October.

Weekly Round-up

It’s been another busy week in P5/6. This week we have been learning about metalinguistics in literacy. We also used everything that we have been learning over the past few weeks to write our own descriptive writing about a jungle scene.

In numeracy we have been developing our understanding of decimal numbers and have been learning to add and subtract decimal numbers.

This week our P6 pupils started their music workshop with Cammy and Gregor and they were learning ‘The Circle of Life’ from the Lion King. They were also learning to play the drums.
We were also learning how to access our digital profiles, and add in some goals and targets.
