After a Bug Club software upgrade at the weekend, it no longer works on Safari 14 or lower. If you have been using an iPad or iPhone and are having issues logging on, please download the Google Chrome app and try to access Bug Club through it. It is a bit of a pest but you’ll be able to access using Google Chrome!
Hi I also discovered that there may be pop ups for some of the activities that prevents the child from accessing. Parents need to alter their settings to allow the pop up.
Once I worked it out and changed it, it’s been fine!
Thought worth sharing so that staff and parents know to check as well.
