Over the last 2 weeks we have been learning to take photographs and edit them. Last week we learned to trim photographs to take out parts of the photo we didn’t want.

We  learned to change the colour of the photo.

We had fun creating shadow art with our bodies.

We used the clips app to create some amazing effects with our photographs today!

We had a fabulous morning yesterday learning about the farming industry and all of the jobs that people do to support them. A huge thank you to everyone involved in organising and running the day, p4 thoroughly enjoyed it!

We had such a good day listening to two Scottish authors speak to us about their craft. We got the chance to ask questions to further our understanding. The first author we heard from was Shirley Husband. We created some McCoos based on her series of books.

The second author was Lindsay Littleson. After the meeting we designed a new character for her book ‘Secrets of the Last Merfolk’. We thought about what kind of personality they would have and created some facts about them.

We had a think about the type of job we would like to do and the skills that we would need.

Later we created a word cloud to show the different careers we could think of.
