P4 – Stop Motion
Please click on the SWAY below to view another amazing Stop Motion Production!
We have been learning to take lots of photos and make tiny moves with our characters. The more photos we have the better our video.
We hope you enjoy this one.
P4 – Photo Gallery Invitation
Primary 4 have been hard at work learning to take and edit photos. Each of us have selected our favourite photo to display. We have decided that we will display our work on the railings at the front of the school. These photos will be on display from 3pm on the Tuesday 21st June to the 23rd of June. We hope you will get a chance to come and see our amazing work.
P4 – Directions, Angles and Compass Points
We have been learning about angles, degrees and direction. We used everything we knew to follow instruction. We then wrote a set of instructions for others in our class to follow. Some of the vocabulary we used was – quarter turn, half turn, complete turn, 90 degrees, 180 degrees, 360 degrees, North, South, East, West, right and left.
P4 – Stone Spelling (gn)
We have been learning to spell words with the ‘gn’ phoneme. We used stones and chalk to write our words.
We also completed a challenge to match our spelling words to their definitions. We made the words using our spelling stones. To do this we had to join the ‘gn’ phoneme stone to the rest of the word.
P4 – Filming Tomorrow
We are hoping to film our Summer Song video tomorrow (10th June) and it would be great if the children could come to school in Summer clothes.
Many thanks,
Karen Petrie
