Happy Monday everyone!

I can’t believe it’s the final week before we stop for the Christmas holidays…how it can be that time already? We’ve just about made it!

Here is your home learning tasks for this week. This will be the last set of homework tasks you do this year!

Literacy

We are continuing with our work on proper nouns this week, so your literacy homework will focus on that.
Please complete the sheet below and hand it in by Thursday 17th.
- - Purple- Proper Nouns Investigation
  - Red- Proper Nouns RED
  - Yellow- Proper Nouns YELLOW

Numeracy

Numeracy tasks this week involves further practice of multiplying by 10, 100 and 1000, and rounding numbers.
- - Diamonds- Diamonds Homework 14-12-20
  - Squares- Multiplying numbers by 10 (this will be issued in class)
  - Triangles- Rounding to nearest 100 (this will be issued in class)

There is also a Sumdog challenge related to these areas to be completed by Friday please.

We are going to be learning to sign Jingle Bells in Makaton this week. Perhaps you could practice some of the signs at home too! Here’s the link to the video:
