Religious and Moral Education

We can all have a positive impact on the world we live in.  Sometimes we think we are too small to make a difference.   Don’t try and change the world all at once!  Instead, take a small task which will change things for the better in our local area.

 Go on a Litter Pick

Choose an area to litter pick within your garden, local park or green space.  Share the news of what you have done with family and friends.

Follow the instructions on the Wildlife Watch sheet to find out how to do this safely.  Do not pick up anything that you know to be sharp or dangerous.  Do not pick up anything you do not recognise!

Design a Wild Space for Your Garden or School Grounds

Noah’s wilderness happened by accident once humans left it alone for several years. Watch the video clip see how many different habitats can be planned for and provided in a small space.

Design your own wild space with a variety of habitats. Your design can take the form of a drawing or painting on painting or it could be a 3D model of your wild space made using junk materials.

You don’t have to  complete this task in the real world so be ambitious, creative and bold.  Perhaps this can be taken on at a later date with help from friends and adults.
