You will need

natural objects such as sticks, stones or leaves OR  things you find around the house if you are playing indoors (pegs, Lego pieces, pencils, buttons, paper clips…)

What to do

Begin with a game of Simon Says.

How to Play Simon Says

Next  draw a straight line on the ground (if you are outdoors!) in the dirt or with a piece of chalk.  Alternatively, create a line using a  stick or a piece of string.

Then,  using objects that you have collected from outdoors (sticks, stones, leaves) or around the house (paper clips, pegs, pencils, buttons, Lego pieces …), create a  symmetrical picture or design so that what appears on one side of the line is reflected on the other side of the line (as it would as a mirror image).

Take a photograph.

Lovely examples of symmetrical designs can be found on here on the Creative Star website
