James Hamilton kicked off their season with a friendly win against St Andrews. The score was 7-0 to the Jimmy and could have been more if not for a stellar performance from the St Andrews goalkeeper.
Adam Law ran the show from midfield with outstanding performances all round.
It was a school debut to remember for P6 Jack Mckenna who managed to bag a Hat Trick. Sadly he doesnt get to keep the match ball as we need it!
Josh Erskine, Harvey Guthrie, Liam McIssac and Adam Law scored the other goals.
Although only a friendly its a great way to kick off matches for the season.
The school football team will be playing St Andrews at 3.20pm k/o after school today (5th).
Feel free to come along and cheer on the team.
Remember the team is in need of equipment, new balls, tracksuits and training kit.
If anyone has a business or knows of one that could sponsor the team please contact Mr McCracken at the school.
We recently took delivery of a Be the Nice Kid sign offered by Owen Kerr Signs. He has hand delivered this free of charge to all schools in East Ayrshire. We will proudly display this in our main entrance to support our school ethos.
Here are some of the Rights Busters accepting delivery of the beautiful sign. Thank you Owen!!!
James Hamilton have been drawn in a home tie against Shortlees in the first round of the Ayrshire Cup. The match is to be played before Christmas. The Winners will face either Kingcase or Nether Robertland.
There will be a friendly V. St Andrews at home next Tuesday (5th)
