P5 Christmas Carol

Hi,

Primary 5 (A,B & C) are learning ‘Carol of the Bells’.  Please use attached link when learning it at home,  as this is the one we are learning in school.  Thank you 🙂

Gnome Alone Costumes

Primary 1 and 2 pupils will be performing their Christmas musical ‘Gnome Alone’ in December. At this time, we are busy rehearsing and preparing for our performances. We are looking for some toy soldier costumes – this could be a Nutcracker style soldier or a camouflage soldier. If you have a costume like this at home that would fit children aged 4-7 that you would be happy to loan to the school please hand it to a member of staff or hand it into the school office. Many thanks for your support.

Football Winners

James Hamilton played another friendly against St Andrews tonight and came away with another victory winning 3-2 in a close fought match.

Tayo opened the scoring in the first half before St Andrews equalised 5 minutes later. Just before half-time though Katie scored what can only be described as a wonder goal beating two boys on the right hand side before sending a curving shot into the far side of the goals to make it 2-1 to the Jimmy.

Into the second half and St Andrews found an equaliser and Colm the Jimmy goalkeeper kept us in the match with some good saves before 3 minutes before time Tre latched on to a good pass from Tayo and fired home the winner.

Evan played a stellar match controlling defence and midfield throughout

.

Man of the Match or should be say Lady of the match goes to Katie Beattie for her solid wing play and her wonder goal!

Well done people!
