GLOW AND TEAMS REMINDER

A reminder that we have a whole website set up to guide you through using TEAMS and GLOW.

https://blogs.glowscotland.org.uk/ea/glowguide/

Please also be aware that at times TEAMS and GLOW can run a tad slow. This is becuase almost every family and business in the world is trying to communicate online with Microsoft TEAMS being the most popular. If a link or attachment is not working, dont panic and try at another time of day. Most teachers are also putting links on the school website to the same materials so please check both.

Microsoft Teams App

Dear Parent/Carer

We would like to see as many children/parents active on our Teams pages as possible to allow us to share learning resources and interact with the pupils. A Microsoft Teams App is available for mobile and tablet devices. This can be downloaded for free from your appropriate App Store. Once downloaded, you will be asked for a username/email and password. The username/email is your child’s GLOW email e.g. gw…@glow.sch.uk and the password is your child’s GLOW password.

Please contact us if you have any issues, we are here to help.

Summer Term

Welcome back to a very different summer term.  I hope you are all well and are able to enjoy the sunshine.

We now need to prepare for more learning at home and I must acknowledge the hard work being undertaken by my staff and also thank you all for your support and patience – especially with I.T. issues – during this unprecedented time.

Please keep safe and contact us if you are having any issues.  We are here to help.

JHPS P1-3 Home Learning Grids

P1-3 JHPS Home Learning Grids for this week were uploaded to Microsoft Teams yesterday morning. Please make sure you  log in to your child’s account via GLOW to see what their tasks are for the week. There are also challenges on Sumdog and Study Ladder for the children to complete. It would be great to have the children upload some of their work onto their class ‘teams’ page for others to see. Thank you for your continued support,

P1-3 JHPS Staff x
