Good morning, please can I encourage anyone who as yet to login to TEAMS to do so today please. We are having lots of fun sharing our learning, and keeping in touch.
We have tasks on Sumdog & Study Ladder, and a new Daily Challenge will appear every day.
Downloading the App seems to be the easiest way, hope to see you on TEAMS soon!! Any problems email me on GLOW or contact the school office.
Stay safe 💜💙
Today’s TEAMS message
Good morning, Tuesday!! Thank you for working so hard yesterday, today please try and get in touch with some of the people who haven’t been on TEAMS yet. They are missing out on all the fun!
Daily Challenge – Use the grid below to write a short story or cartoon (perhaps using skills from Mrs Fraser’s lessons). Upload to Literacy Channel when done.
Remember to start the day with PE with Joe @ 9am.
I look forward to reading your imaginative creations!!
I have posted this on Teams, I know that not everyone could access this yesterday, so I’ve popped it on here too. If you were off school last week I have emailed you login in details for Sumdog & Study Ladder. 💙❤️
Good morning, Tuesday. I think we all need a bit of time to understand the lockdown situation that we find ourselves in. Talk to your family about it. Watch news round.
Today I want you to:
write a letter to someone you won’t be able to see for a while. Tell them what you like doing when you are with them, (email it to them, if you can)
Create a picture of your favourite activity/memory with them (draw, paint, collage, ICT),
PE with The Body Coach,
Read, play board games, enjoy time with the people in your house. Be kind, take turns & talk to each other.
James Hamilton Primary, Sgoil na Coillie Nuaidh and Sgoil-`araich na Coillie Nuaidh were raising money for Sport Relief. We had great fun playing games in the gym, including Beat the Goalie and Just Dance. Here are a selection of photos. Click on the photo to start the slideshow 🙂
Primaries 5A, 5B & 5C visited Glasgow Science Centre on Wednesday 4th March. They had a fabulous time and experienced a visit to the Planetarium to view “A Passport to the Planets”, then a 3D movie at the IMAX called ” A Beautiful Planet”. The children were then given some free time to explore the various levels in the Education Science Mall, trying out the numerous experiments on offer.
The children were a credit to the school, and to their parents. Mr McCracken, Ms Hodgson, Mrs McAuley, Ms Fitzgerald, Mrs Kyle, Ms McChristie and Mrs Fulton were delighted with the enthusiasm and behaviour of all children. 🙂
