Hiย everyone,

Hope youโ€™ve all had a lovely week ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ’–,

So just recently we received news that I will be required in another ECC, which unfortunately means that I have to say goodbye to everyone at Hurlford ๐Ÿฅบ.

I have absolutely loved my time here at Hurlford ECC and have really enjoyed getting to know everyone… I will miss you all so much โค๏ธ.

As Iโ€™m unable to say goodbye to all the children in person, here is a little message…

Take care everyone โค๏ธ

Love Michelle xx

Good morning everyone, I hope you are all well ๐Ÿ˜Š

This week we have been focusing on our mental health and speaking about the many different emotions we face in life..

It is very important that we support children to recognise their feelings and express their emotions in order for them to develop the ability to manage them throughout their life.

Have a listen to the story below and letโ€™s see if you can recognise any of the feelings throughout.. Can you have a think and remember a time that you felt super happy… or maybe a time that you felt sad? ย Have you ever felt a bit nervous… scared… or even a little embarrassed?

I would love to hear any comments, these can be emailed to Michelle.quinn@eastayrshire.org.uk

Have a lovely weekend everyone, Michelle โค๏ธ

Tuesday 19th January – Home Learning

Good Morning Everyone ๐Ÿ™‚

I hope you are all well and enjoying taking part in all of our learning activities from home ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

One of our favourite things to do in the ECC is to sing songs and learn new nursery rhymes! So today, I thought we could have a little practice at our nursery rhymes.

Hey Diddle Diddle is one of my favourites – and I have been practicing lots.. check out the video below! Can you have a listen and try to learn this one too?

Below is the words of Hey Diddle Diddle so that your adults can help too. When you have finished, maybe you could tell me your favourite nursery rhyme too. Do you remember all the words? Can you sing it?

I would love to hear how you get on, you can send any pictures, videos or comments to –
