As part of our writing lesson today, the children were asked to draw a picture to accompany the sentence, ‘I am throwing a ball to my friend.’
We have been focusing on including as much detail as possible in our illustrations, and it was lovely to see the children bringing their pictures to life with beautiful autumnal backgrounds. From the weather and trees to the falling autumn leaves, the attention to detail was fantastic!
Each week, the children continue to try their very best, all working hard with the excitement and motivation of earning our Star Writer award.
The pupils had so much fun today at our P1-3 Halloween party. There was lots of fun had with dancing, games, snacks and prizes!
Everybody put in an amazing effort with their costumes too, we are sure you will agree!
Our achievements page has been updated with some of the recent awards that have been given out to children in our class and we would love if you could take a few minutes to visit the page and share any successes with your child.
